1. Use of the service

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to protect the service or enforce policies.
3. Paid services
Some parts of Noer may require payment, subscriptions, or credits. Billing may be processed through third-party providers under their own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable laws, or use the platform in ways prohibited by our policies.
5. Intellectual property
The service, platform design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to DevCave Technologies LLC, except where otherwise stated.
6. Third-party services
Noer may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
